How much and what brand of summer cycling wear do you own?
I have 2 shorts (1 Performance brand and 1 Pearl Izumi) and 2 Pearl Izumi jerseys, and I'm getting really tired of washing them 2 or 3 times a week. I'm ready to buy a few more pieces of clothing just so I don't have to do the laundry again and again. I'm pretty happy with the jerseys, but I feel like I haven't found the sweet spot with shorts bibs. So, I thought I'd ask:
How many shorts/bibs and summer jerseys do you own, and do you wish you had more or do you think you have enough or even too much?
What brand do you think gives the best bang for the buck?
Thanks,
Bored guy sitting here waiting for his bibs to dry.

I have 1 pair of Nashbar bibs (garbage), 1 Nashbar jersey (pretty good for the price) that I wear on my road bike. I also have 3 pair of cycling undies, 2 by Novara which are really nice, and 1 pair of Trek which aren't the greatest. The Nashbar bibs suck so much with the Gel chamois that I actually have to wear a pair of the cycling undies underneath them, which makes my ride so comfortable no matter the distance I do. With that said, I am washing just as much as you.
Do I wish I had more? Most definitely, but right now I am one of the people in the US who is unemployed, trying to find work, and can't afford it right now. Anyone looking for a software developer in the Linux/UNIX world? Can I work from home or do I have to move?

For the Summer I use mostly 3 bibs Sugoi, 3 jerseys Rapha, Sugoi and a Biemme. Have others if no clean ones are available. I know a riders who uses one kit by hand washing it in a sink after every ride, he also rides daily.

4 pairs Voler bib shorts (with various pads: Cantara, Cantara XM, Ion SL, and Torino)
1 Voler jersey
2 Giordana jerseys
1 Louis Garneau jersey
2 pair of Wright cool-mesh socks.
1 old pair of crusty, ragged Pearl Izumi gloves.
I love the Voler stuff -- US made, relatively inexpensive, comfortable, durable, and they offer free shipping.
