What exact headset is on this bike of Mario's?

Someone said it was just a regular zero stack headset, but I don't think the ones I've seen on the net would sit this low.

It's from 2004.

definitely a Specialized frame based on the zerts insert in the seat stay.

I think it is just a new top cap/part on the headset. i know they come in 15mm but you can get a low stack top.

it is likely a bearing assembly that was made special (no pun intended) for this frame.

my look has a flat headset cap. If there's no taper it can be slimmer.
