help identifying and pricing a frame.

can anyone tell me exactly what type and what year this frame is?
also what is a decent selling price?

Frame is useless without the fork. You can't buy an aftermarket fork for that thing. Maybe now you can.

it says tarmac on the drive side seatstay. and tis Sworks. where did you get it?

Can someone tell me what the meaning of the green,yellow,black,red,blue stripe pattern is in cycling? I see this design everywhere in this sport and I can not figure out what the stripes signify. Very nice frame, btw.

it is indeed 49cm.
a friend of mine left it at my place and then moved away and he doesnt really care about it anymore and its way to small for me.
what would be a good selling price?
