Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

For me, even the small swobos are a little too large (loose)!

got the black XL. Now, that was an impulse buy! But you can't have too many jerseys, good stuff at that!

SO much for that. I ended up ordering a Shimano PRO carbon straight blade fork for $80.

Considering that's how much it takes to fill up my truck... can you say impulse??

i'm not to impressed with mine... the fit is just not quite right, it's heavy, and doesn't seem to wick or cool any better than my $50 pearl izumi.

I have the orange and love it in the fall/spring and as a base layer in winter. Now I have 2 orange and 1 black. Can't beat $19.99 for wool.

I'll use mine for cycling as a layer under a windblocking vest.

It might be found as a layer while skiing also.

I have 3 wool jerseys and some other wool baselayer pieces from icebreaker. The swobo is my least favorite wool, but it's still great. I wore it for 4 hours of mtb on sunday morning and was never uncomfortable. drenched, but comfortable.

I just wore mine yesterday afternoon and this morning during my 23 miles commute each way. it was great. The jersey did not smell at all after hanging in the bathroom overnight.

My arrived yesterday, I ordered two XL in orange. They look & fit great. It's a Fred jersey, comfy and not flashy. I'm just under 6 foot, and it fit true to size, I'm glad that I did not get the large.

Thanks Lung for the FYI!
