Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Good, durable wheelset for $600-700.

Am thinking of buying the VeloMax Orion II or Ascent II wheelset. Anyone have any experience with these or recommendations?

Am 5'11", 173 lbs riding on roads that are, for the most part, fairly well paved. I do go over some rough spots but try to avoid the really bad potholes.

Looking for durability and something to ease my stress on the climbs.

Matt
