Either the

Neuvation C50C. These are the clinchers 50mm full carbon.

OR

Williams 38C. The clincher version.

Who has the better hubs?

Build Quality?

I have the Neuvation M28 Aero 3's now and like them alot. Never dealt with Williams though.
