used groupset... good deal?

just wondering, am i getting ripped off here? 10k+ miles, cosmetic defects on the shifters... i currently have the 9 speed set up of a brand new caad9 7 which i had always planned on upgrading, assuming (if i get this) i just throw on a new cassette, all should be fine and dandy right?
that is, unless anyone wants to sell me a groupset for around 200

Sounds high to me. Someone is auctioning an 8-peice 105 groupset 10sp right now (currently at $265). If I was you, I'd watch ebay for a week to see what a 105 group is going for.
