Better non-carbon $380 tubular wheelset: Neuvation "R" or Ritchey WCS Protocol?
Looking for some non-carbon tubular wheels that won't break the bank.
I'm 6'2" 180 lbs.
Neuvations: 24/20 non-bladed spokes, 25mm profile, 1400 grams:
Ritcheys: 24/24 bladed spokes, 25mm profile, 1500 grams:

i don't ride tubular but I'd imagine you could do a lot lighter and stronger with a custom build. Contact psimet.

Those are heavy.
You can get sub 1400 gram clinchers around the price range you're looking for.
A little more money for a lighter wheelset that uses clinchers...
