Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Synapse Carbon 4 or Wilier Mortirolo

I was initially going to get an Argon 18. Unluckily, the shop was unable to get me the one I wanted, so I've been looking around, and am hoping to jump on one of these this week.

They're both quite similarly priced, but both are great deals right now. The Wilier (2009) has full Veloce and Khamsins while the Synapse (2010) has Rival, an FSA Gossamer BB30 crank, and Aksiums.

Just wondering if anyone would be able to comment on the ride of either frame, and if there are any comparisons between the groupsets and wheels that may help guide my decision.

Thanks again everyone.
