Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Floor pump

Any suggestions on buying a floor pump? I just made an upgrade on a bike and am going from Schrader to presta valves.
Thanks!

I have the cheapest Nashbar pump I bought a year ago. I work at a LBS and have tried different floor pumps and still like my cheap one the best. It only cost 15 bucks.

I also have the Specialized Air Tool (Sport). Works great. Once I found out the right way to pump my tires by breaking the seal with the presta valve before attaching the pump, works as advertised

+1. I have the Joe Blow Sport, and it's been nothing but great. Zero problems, not too pricey, good gauge, etc.

Reviving this one again...

In regards to the Lezyne, is there any big difference between the CNC Floor pump and the Classic model? I only pump my tires up to about 115-120psi.

Thanks!

+1, it's the only thing Specialized I own. It works very well. I like the switch hitter chuck...allows me to do the kid's tires easy too.
