That doesn't make sense. When you sarcastically say "I'm so lucky" you mean the DIRECT opposite, "I'm so unlucky", from one end of the spectrum to the other end. But when you say "I could care less", the phrase is ambiguous. You could mean "I care a great deal" or "I care just a smidgen more than not caring at all". It cannot possibly convey the sarcasm.

Since I'm not Jewish, I can't answer that with any insight. I just know there is a way to say it and have it make perfect sense.
