ergo 2 anti-slip adhesive
if you have them, you know what i am talking about, if not don't worry about it. does the sticky side stick to the cleat or the sole of the shoe? and if they stick to the cleat...what happens when you need to change cleats? thanks.
edit* i'm particularly interested in speedplay users with the ergo 2. what shims did you end up using? instructions say 3f and 3b yet speedplay does not provide these.

Nope. Don't have ergo 2s and don't know what ergo 2 anti-slip adhesive is.
But here's a free BUMP.

ha thanks. they come with this little sticker, one side is sticky, one side is like sandpaper. my thoughts are, since the carbon sole is "slick", the sticker will keep the cleat from moving. here is a fine illustration.
this just makes it look like the sticker is flying off to the side.

The purpose of the sticker is so you don't need to over-torque the cleats in order to prevent them from slipping.

unlike the 90% of other forum members, i did read the instructions before making a post...and, get this, i even googled it!
instructions state "We suggest you stick it on the plate of the chosen pedal." i do not know what a plate of a pedal is, by logic i assume it is the cleat.

Had the non-slip thingy on the sole of the shoe for a bit...Then took it off to lower the stack height of the cleat..No problems with cleats slipping...Everything stays where it should...

stole your bike
I don't have the Ergo 2's but I've never had an issue with cleat slippage, and I stick to Sidi's torque specs (5nm).
