Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I wash mine on delicate and then hang dry in the sun. There’s plenty of sun around here.

I like my lycra. Wash and hang in the laundry room.

I post mine to BF. The flames dry them much quicker than hanging in my yard.

i wash them in the shower when i take one after the ride. i basically only have 2 bibs and 2 Jerseys, and a few base layers. i feel i'm wasting too much water in the washer, even in the small load setting. you obviously have more clothes. and i hang dry in the garage.

On topic: I wash my bike clothes in the washer in cold water on delicate with enough other clothes to make a full load, than put them in the dryer and run two or three times through on air fluff.

Outside, they'd never dry.

Must be nice. For a bit over 2 weeks, any wet laundry hung out on a line would have become a sheet of ice here in the mid-Atlantic. What are those green things in the OP's pic? Actually, the sustained and unusually cold weather here has caused me to pay more attention to the area's woodland creatures and, for the first time, I've been making my own suet for birds and squirrels and chucking out a truckload of bird seed. Although my 6 dogs are vexed at the myriad birds and rodents feeding just outside their sliding glass doors, it gives me something to watch during the interminable trainer sessions when no good sports are on the TV.

Just be careful about the heat shrinking the lycra.

I hang my dirty laundry after a ride for a few hours but when I need to clean them they go in the washer on delicate, and then into the dryer on air fluff.

Hand wash cycle (cold setting) immediately after a ride. Hang dry in the laundry room. Because of the wicking properties of technical fabrics, they dry fast indoors.

I wash on gentle and hang them to dry on the pool deck.

Mmm I would LOVE to air dry and sun my laundry. Laundry smells great when they catch the fresh air and sunshine...

All I have is a drying rack it all goes on...inside the stinky apt.

LOL!!!!!! Love it!

Air dry, in the shade, outside (don't want the bright colors to sun fade).

I'm sure private boats do stuff like that, but I thought commercial cruise ships simply had the ship's name.

Hand wash, hang dry. I do this for both lycra and denim.
