Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Changing pedals(i searched and didn't find anything useful)

I got my driveside pedal off but now i am stuck on which way to turn the wrench for the left pedal. I know its reverse threaded but does that mean to turn the wrench to the right? If i am looking down at the pedal would i have to pull the wrench up or push it down?

Thanks and sorry for my lack of finding anything skills.

Yea, it's backwards.. you have to turn to the right. I always cheat and look at the inner ring on my pedals that have an arrow that says --Tighten--> or <---Tighten--- and go the opposite way when i take them off

Remember that pedals on both sides loosen towards the rear wheel!

If you're stuck then a good place to search for this type of info is the park tool site or the Sheldon Brown site.
