new 3T bars and stem, will they fit?

Will the 3T erganova handlebar and 3t stem fit a CAAD 9? My CAAD9 is stock with the Cannondale C3 bars, size 42. I can't find any other specs on the bars.

thanks for the answers and recommendations. i intend to have the shop do the install, i just didn't want to purchase them if they wouldn't fit.
