Well I started riding around a week ago, I've learned quite a bit but I still need to get proper attire for riding. I've got a pump and a patch kit, but i use a windbreaker's pockets and some jogging pant...oh yeah I need new pedals and shoes as well (maybe even a better helmet)...I bought a target one for 17 dollars because I wanted to go riding ASAP (the first one in the link below -Bell Radar adult helmet-). Should I return it and buy another or would this be fine?

Any guidance in terms of where to look and what price range to look for with a tight budget is appreciated!Thanks

1. Attire (top, bottom, and maybe gloves)
2. Shoes
3. Clip on pedals
4. Helmet (have one right now, not sure if I should upgrade)
5. Jacket ?
