Do Easton carbon bars come with friction past
Just bought some Easton EC90 aero online and curious if they come with friction paste for installation they will be mounted to an Easton EA90 stem.

Nope, not in the 4 Easton carbon bars I've seen purchased new.
I would suggest tracking down some paste, fyi. Even just bring your stem into a local shop and ask them to dab it for you and bring it home in a ziploc sandwich baggie.

You generally don't need carbon assembly paste when installing carbon bars in an aluminum stem. I bought a set of 3T carbon bars five months ago, installed them in my 3T aluminum stem, torqued the faceplate to spec, and the bars haven't moved since. Assembly paste may be needed when installing a carbon seatpost in a carbon frame. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it unless you can't get the bars to stay in place when the the stem is torqued to the manufacturer's recommendation...

I've got three Easton carbon bars with Ritchey 4-axis stems. Absolutely no need for carbon paste to prevent slippage. The oversize diameter is less prone to slippage and 4-axis faceplate is the best I've found.

Relax heads up. I didn't challenge your intellect. Most shops that don't use it in their shop, don't recognize a need. Back to your mirror and quaf your hair.
