All those aren't really that different. Use an aluminum spoon and carbon bowl and they all perform about the same. If anything Mint 'n chip is overpriced for what you get. The best value is with the Rocky Road.

Debateable question because a lot of us will be biased, but i think Fuji is doing a really good job with their higher end bikes. Their lower end bikes like the newest aren't my type but i would take a Roubaix and higher. You've got to love the top of the line Time Trial bike, as well as that on exotic track bike they sell. My friend has been riding his 08 Roubiax pro for a good 2 years and 7000 miles now and it still performs optimally, according to him.
When it comes to the number one best company, the company which can win more customers should be called the best. Factors of that include product quality, marketing strategy, product reliability, and company reputation.
I don't know what is best, but i would say BMC, Trek, Cannondale, and Specialized are "up there."
Despite that, I think Fuji designs their bikes pretty well, and they are certainly not a low end company.
