Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Neither. Read between the lines of his posts. You will learn a lot. Nobody on here says more with so few words.

This forum would be nothing without botto, pcad and jsharr.

JT, do you realize this is what he wants you to do? (act hurt and then start a stupid thread about it to further embarrass yourself)

If you ignored him, or just don't overreact to his insults, he'll move on to an easier target.

Don't play into his hands....

Fwiw I don't think he's all that bad, just a little rough around the edges.

He's like Dan Berstein. Intelligent. Mildly arrogant. Sharp as a tac. Generally correct and has an incredible knack for annoying people who do not have a point or who's argument is flawed.

Thirded.

But I happen to know that Botto is a true hero, respected among his peers (of which there are few on BF), kind to little children and admired among the ladies.

It annoys me when someone wants everyone to behave the same.

If you don't like someone on the Forum, take it up with them off line.

Botto is just a bot...it's right there in his name. Purpose of said bot is to say "incorrect" and/or tell people to post their thread on a different bikeforums.net subforum. In every one of twenty posts the bot spits out random bike-related stories to appear to be a real person.

neither.
botto is a simple country boy. some might say a cockeyed optimist, who got caught up in the dirty game of world diplomacy and international intrigue.
