Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Attention Livestrong Challenge Riders

I just found out that Lance Armstrong supports crappy beer, please be aware of this, I will no longer be supporting cycling at all now. I threw out my System Six and have taken up curling.

Thank you for your time.

Every beer taste the same in the middle of a 60 mile ride Land Shark is the only beer worth drinking, and proudly supported by the American butter turning team.

So as long as we can avoid talking about whether low-carb beer is good or bad, this thread should be allowable, right?

Your right, who does Lance think he is, advertising a crappy beer.

... it isn't like Michelob payed him a lot of money or anything to do it....

I was able to get a 1/4" head on a Michelob Ultra once by pouring it from the second story roof into a glass in the driveway. As I recall it tasted like weak green tea with a couple of crushed up Cheerios stirred in.

LMAO.

I like the stuff. It's refreshing and is the only "beer" on the market that actually rehydrates you. You don't need to drink water after a heavy night of drinking this stuff because... well, you get it.

And then came MGD 64 and that bud 50 stuff... taking bottled water to a whole new level.
