I can get a lemond zurich (2004) for 600$ Javelin Sebino for 1100$ Felt team 95 for under 1000$ Leader for 1400$ Any opinions would help. I am from MN as is Greg, so the Lemond is kind of cool, but used. Thanks.

Beyond frame material, components and condition which are factors as to the best "deal", the most important and only factor to consider when making the decision (assuming all are within your budget) is which fits you the best.
You don't mention how much you ride. If you have miles beneath you, you should have a fair idea of which is most comfortable and most workable to get your setup tuned-in.
