specialized tarmac sl2 vs cervelo r3

i wish i could test ride these two frames but i can't.

2009 Specialized Tarmac SL2
vs
2009 Cervelo R3 (no SL)

both them are new and i have to choose one to get a great deal..

any suggestions?

because the person who i am buying it from, wants to sell it asap.
and he only has frame/fork/headset and i can't really put my parts on his frame and test ride it..
