When I do a lot of miles on one bike and I switch to another I sometimes get a little knee pain as the body sorta figures out the "new" bike. But that sorts itself out in a mile or two, it isn't bad and doesn't get worse.

bb to saddle distance is 71 cm in allez,68 in mtb and 67.5 in hybrid.saddle nose distance i think same. But i will try to get it back. But should not be when you make you pedals parallel to ground and your knee cap must be over the pedl axle?if i take to saddle far back this will change? But i will give a shot i dont have anything to loose i will took hybrids photo too

Saddle way to high...
I use to have wicked pain on the outside and towards the lower front of the knee. I dealt with this for a couple seasons and was at a loss to explain it. I had a number of fittings and none of them helped. Did physio, ART, massage...you name it...nothing helped...
Started riding with a group last year. One of the guys was a former Cat2 racer, who was around the pro scene...His wife was a former pro racer...He started harping on me to lower my saddle, too much hip movement...I lowered it slowly...
Low and behold after a bit the knee pain got a lot better and most rides is non-evident...

IMO that theory stuff kinda goes out the window if it causes you pain. Sure, there may be some combo of height, saddle placement, frame geometry, etc that gets it perfect. For me though I'd rather be comfortable than technically perfect.

The force per pedal rotation at the same cadence is higher going up hills that it is on the flats. Lowering the cadence additionally increases the force. So, it makes sense that the knee pain is worse going up hills.
(I agree that the seat is too high, but I'm no expert.)
One thing about knee injuries is that, once you get them, they can take a while to clear. (I'm working on a 5 month knee injury.) Does Ibuprophen help the pain?
(I'd guess that surgery won't be needed.)

just did an easy 22 mile ride today, first time on the Allez Elite, things were pretty good, but did notice the knee pain very slightly start to creep in at the end... actually surpised to not have any pain...
i have more bend in my knee at full extension then you do in your pics, also, i am using regular pedals until i can get my SPD pedals off my other biek (have to buy a wrench) - wondering if my cleats are not positioned properly on my current bike (mtn bike) - maybe try a ride with regular pedals where you can adjust your foot placement?

Surprise me that the OP friend that is a pro? couldn't tell him about the saddle was too high. Thanks for the picture because it is super clear the problem, one thing is to put the saddle higher to help the knee pain and another one is to do it too much.
The 883 formula works at least for me, that thing came out maybe in the 90s in a bycling magazine or so, even the guy came up with a formula for MTB sadle position also.
