Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Sutrisno store in indonesia

Has anyone dealt with this online retailer? They carry the same Platinum Series road bikes that Performance Bike carries at ridiculously low, low prices.

They're selling frames for less than 1/2 the U.S. retail price. This has "scam" written all over it.

I buy all my durable goods online from Indonesia, duh. I also get all my health insurance online through an exclusive company from Nigeria.

Su-trisno does not pass the smell test. It incorporates a lot of the elements found on the web page of one of the proven scammers in the link above.

They are listed in lots of B2B web sites from places like russia, china, rumania, but have almost no web presence in the US. Even this forum doesn't come up on a google search, it must be really buried.

Thanks very much for posting!

Thanks Jesnow for the reference to a previous post. You gave me the response I was hoping to get.

My browser threw up a red-flag when I clicked that link.

Like others have said, I would not trust it.
