Full Gearing with 43 mm Rims?
I recently built a fixed gear bike with 43mm Rims. My girlfriend is in love with it and she wants me to build her a similar bike with gears.
Will a freewheel fit correctly on these hubs? https://www.cyclingcloseouts.com/Prod...ian_White.aspx

No. The rear is spaced at 120mm which is fixed / single-speed width only. Road bikes need 130mm-spaced wheels.
