Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Is this wheelset sturdy enough to carry a clydesdale. Great looking wheels just not sure if they will last or will they be in the shop a lot. Whats the thoughts out there?

They are pretty sturdy wheels. I've used them and I was about 210 at the time. It'd be nice if you posted your weight. Less than 250, probably no problems. 250+, you may want to get something with more spokes. i.e. 36.

As I recall, I think at least last year AC had weight limits on their wheels. Which.. no biggie. But if they do fail/require work, you're outta luck.

Well are you "maybe 220?" You didn't really give your weight.

I'm <180, (down from 190) and mine lasted okay for 2 years, but started getting noticeably worse pretty quickly.
They came standard on my Felt, but I would not buy them.
Very light & fast, yes; but disposa-wheels.

From their site it looks like the weight limit is 225. I think you'd be fine. Most companies are conservative with the weight limit.
