Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

You get a good price on a new bike by buying an old model. Can you get a hold of one from 2009 or 2008?

Or, do you know of any shops that are going out of business?

You buy a set of 6600's not the 6700's. They are the same thing and no one will know other than you. The Shimano 105 5700's weigh 2 grams more the Ultegra. They look the same, smell the same, how come they are half the price?
