cant shift to small cainring

ok so i decided to mess with my front derailleur after watchin some vids because it was rubbing on the gears i use the most, now i am unable to shift to my small chain ring without throwing it off . help me out here btw ive also frayed my shift cable in this process and now im pissed its 3 am and imma try to get some sleep but i doubt tha will happen, help me out. dont say lbs... what good is a lbs if u dont learn it for yourself for the future

well, unless you have extra cable at home you probably have to make a trip to the LBS.

no point to dialing it in now with a dying cable.

replace cable

tighten lower limit screw
