Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Beautiful & awesome, yes, but the only thing they inspire me to do is start carrying kleenex in my jersey pocket so I won't have any boogers or snot on my face during extreme closeup shots.

Also dental floss.

I feel bad for the guy. I'd be heart broken if I was a sprinter and ended up breaking my wrist early in The Tour.

This was posted in the 33 Tour thread a few days ago, so many great pictures. So much emotion, especially #2(Lance TT), #11(Farrar Wrist), #21(Cav Podium), #31(Cadel Crying).

Sorry for taking 10 minutes of your life. Didn't mean to imply that Contador had any visible nasal nuggets, just that I almost always do.
(S'not the only way I fail at emulating the TdF gods.)
