Maybe I'm just old, but what does 'tarcked on' mean?

I'm actually being serious. Does this mean it's never been on the track? Does it mean it's never been 'torqued on'? Is this some sort of fixster-alien code?

i think he means it's a fixie. i don't understand what he means by being 'locked up 10 times', must have been involved in a felony or something and is out now out on bail.

It was a typo. He meant never been "tracked" on. As in, it's never been to a track.
It is an SFbay ad, so you would expect some ghetto or some slang. I'm surprised there was no "hella, hecka, hyphy, etc."

"Tarcked on and locked up" means he had sex with the bike, but fewer than 10 times so that's okay.

"Tarck"=tricked out out fashion over function hipster bike. He's saying it was properly built, and wasn't used to do stupid fixed gear freestyle stuff on.

According to the Urban Dictionary:
Tarck is the culture behind taking fixed gear bicycles designed for riding in the velodrome and riding them on the street. This subculture has a strong focus on color-coordination and fixed-gear specific tricks such as skidding or doing a whirly-bird.
"Did you see that kid doing barspinzzz on that tarck bike?"

HAHAHHAHAHAHAH. This is my friend's bike, and I saw him with this bike just half an hour ago.
And no, I don't know what he means by tarcked or locked up.
