Rode 60 miles today. For tomorrow's workout, should I....
1. Ride Mt. Diablo - 34 miles round trip, 3800 elevation
2. Run 6 miles (last 6 mile run 4 days ago)
3. Swim laps at local pool (haven't swam in months)
4. Weights (last workout 5 days ago)
5. Take it easy and sleep in
