Current Favourite Saddle
I am currently in the position to buy 2 new saddles. (1 for new bike, one to replace the SLR on the commuter)
What saddles do you guys like these days?

Older Nashbar Race Saddle (new one is R2 I think). It was $15 or $25 before shipping and is very comfortable for me. The longest ride I've done on it is about 75 miles. No complaints. It's also a decent weight.
My new (to me) Selle Italia Flite TT seems good too. I haven't gotten to test it much, but so far it's pretty comfortable. It's light too at 165g.

Throw the stick!!!!
I have been riding the old SLR's (have a 165g and a 135g) and I am still happy with them. I managed to track down one of them from where I sold a bike to a guy a year or so ago and he was no longer using the saddle. They work the best for me.

Brooks Swift works for me. For plastic saddles I like the Selle San Marco Concor and WTB Rocket V on the mountain bike.

I'm on the search still for a saddle, i'm riding a Selle Italia SLK right now but still gets a bit uncomfortable. I think it may be too narrow of a saddle for me, might head to my lbs and see what they can recommend based on my sit bone width.

SMP Composit. I like it better than my Flite, ProLink Gel, Airone, and Serfas Aria saddles on other bikes and more than the Mantra I tried for a week. SMPs fit the sit bones whereas the others provide a platform.

I'm currently trying out a ISM Adamo I've had laying around a couple of years. It's great for long flat rides, but I miss my traditional saddle for the climbs. If I can get a Tri bike, it will work perfect. I was a little sore toward the end of my first 70 mile ride, but no blisters.
