Or what. Even if you can return said bike there are no suitable replacement sizes available leaving you to blindly trust that yet another model will happily fit sight unseen. In effect you are trying to thumb a ride with your middle finger and may not get the pleasant trouble free ending destination you hope for. Unless you can afford to throw the time and cash at a capricious end it may be wiser to user other means that allow you to be more secure in sizing up a bike than from a stock photo. Either a dealer who can help due to experience or the local used market that will allow physical interaction with the bike before purchase sound no less dicey. Bon chance

FWIW, two of my riding buddies are 6'3" and 6'5", and they both have ridden 62cm bikes for years. They laughed at my 65cm Rambouillet until they tried it. Now they're eying the Rivendell Web site and thinking about ordering.

Read a lot more about bicycle sizing. Sheldon Brown has good advice: https://www.sheldonbrown.com/frame-sizing.html Of note, pay attention to his advice on top tube length, which is to "find a bike with the ideal length top tube, fit the reccommended stem, and not worry about the seat tube size, within reasonable limits."
As suggested, step away from the computer and start stepping into your local bike shop...after you read the article.
