I am betting they are replacement screws for the buckle (Genius 5s) or, for the replaceable heel pad.

They're for the Look Keo cleats. There's a snap out part from the cleat itself, and that screw holds it in place. The cleats snap onto it, which allows replacing cleats without changing cleat position.
