That was last week, crashed when my chain came off in a road race while standing/sprinting Schleck-style. I'm ok. Here is what my bike looks like now...

But I mean.. unless your front wheel came off the ground I can't see what actually caused it to snap. Just flipped over the bars wouldn't do that I would think.. but I guess it did.
