What type of shades are you all wearing OFF the bike?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Well, since my maui jim's are going back in to be repaired, I dug around in my drawers and pulled out an old pair of vintage Vuarnet's, like these:

None, I hate them off the bike.

Even babies are wearing aviators these days...

I hardly ever wear shades off the bike, and when I do it's the same cheap-ass ones I wear on the bike. Designer shades, like designer anything, are ****ing lame.

Off the bike , the oddity is I often wear my Ruddy's because my Take A Look Mirror won't fit around their frames. I had bought my Ruddies for the bike..... So I usually wear my cheaper Performance cycling glasses while on the bike because I always ride with my mirror attached to my sunglasses. ..... Otherwise, I wear these..

Prada as daily drivers:

I don't wear cheap "gas-station" sunglasses because the plastic will negatively affect your vision in the long run. High quality lenses feel like you're not wearing anything, cheapo lenses change your vision like perscription lenses from what I can tell.

Either my all-black Giro havik II's that I don't use for racing anymore, or my Oakley Twitch frames. I got those for $35 off of WhiskeyMilitia, good deal, I think!
