sorry to keep posting non caad questions... you have a c2 post in picture, how did you torque it for the carbon rails? the c2 clamp is aluminum right? at least it is for me, but the post itself is carbon... i want to make sure the rail fits the clamp!

So far, it's been okay, but I won't be 100% secure until I have Fizik's post on my bike.
If you don't have a torque wrench to mount the saddle, I'd suggest getting one if you plan on doing a lot of work on your bike yourself.
Otherwise, take it to your LBS and have them mount it for you and you'll have total peace of mind.
My LBS would charge $10. for something like that.
Where in NY are you?

I'm ordering a Fizik Cyrano Carbon Post next week. I mounted the saddle and tightened it by "feel".

Its mainly just a red/force mix. All the parts were chosen with weight in mind, but I didnt want to give up durability. I have some crazy light stuff like zipp sl handlebars, planet x brakes and skewers. I think I am going to get a set of tubulars, and a hollowgram sl crank in the future to hopefully drop it down to the 13s. The wheels I have right now are pretty heavy so it should make a pretty big difference. Ill take pics when I get it back from the shop.

On an unrelated topic since my CAAD10 is still not here...the SuperSix I just got was 14.2 out of the box, built with no pedals. Very happy with the bike, if the CAAD10 is half that bike, going to be very good...

I have a lot of super light weight parts like planet x brakes and zipp sl bars, everything else is pretty light too. It blew my bike shops minds when they saw it all together.

your brakes are 64 grams less and your bars are 80 grams less than mine...
that's 1/3 of a pound less...
I more than make that up with frame size and wheel weight, just saying...that's extremely light for a 58cm CAAD 10...
not hating on ya at all, I would like to know what you used.

Ya no chain and pedals on it yet. Thats why I didnt think it was that light. Yours will still prob be slightly lighter when its all put together.
