too many moving parts, and the whiplash effect at the bottom of the pedal stroke seems like it would be hell on your knees. a solution in search of a problem IMO

I can't tell if the pedal stroke is perfectly circular or not? looks odd

that bike is obviously not meant for roadies, only hybrid riders. Note the platform pedals and flat bars without drops.
