Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Being a cyclist and body builder is a much better fit than you'd expect. For example, steroids don't really have any effect on your genitals if they are already ruined from being on a bike seat all the time.

I'll let you know after doing the P90x workout (if I can actually commit to it)... though I'm doing the lean version.

Dude, you look much better in fatigues than whatever it was you were wearing in the gym.
No offense, but wife is hot!

wow, such a sad, sad 180

i try to hit the gym so i don't look like Andy Schleck (aka posterchild for Manorexia)
but it's just to keep the upper body in same proportion as the lower body. i always reach a point where i'm riding my bike in teh hoods shoulders burning wondering why i spend so much time doing inclines.

That's probably even more pathetic. If you didn't have a pretty wife and serve in our armed forces I'd really lay into you.

The original photo and the one of him in his fatigues with his wife is a complete 180.
So why don't impress us all and post a photo of your non-manorexic physique?

I didn't realize I was disrespecting him, only making an observation that seems to holds true with 99% of guys who like posting "phyisque" photos of themselves on public forums.
And yes, I respect anyone who serves their country.
So where's your photo?
