Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Tent for my tour...

I'm looking for a good, but cheap, one person tent for a cross-country tour. Any ideas?

Get a two person tent to have room for all your gear.

The kind souls in the touring sub-forum should be able to offer lots of helpful suggestions.

Yep ... we do have a Touring forum here: https://www.bikeforums.net/forumdisplay.php/47-Touring

If you do a search in the Touring Forum, or even just scroll back through several pages, you'll likely find quite a few threads on tents.

Perhaps the Mods can move this thread for you?
