Best professional bike fit -- Seattle area
Does anyone have a recommendation for a top-of-the-line fitter for a recreational rider? This would include a detailed fit including video analysis. Would like to get a rock-solid baseline for my measurements, analysis of riding position and style, and how to best tweak not only the bike but the rider--this last very important.
Please note whether you have been fit by the person you are recommending.

I was fit by Gary at Montlake Bicycle in Seattle about a year and a half ago. There wasn't video analysis but there were all kinds of measurements and pictures taken. At the time, Gary mentioned that they were thinking of adding in a video analysis portion to the fitting, but they hadn't done it yet.
I'm a recreational rider and was having a lot of headaches while riding. My doctor, who is also a cyclist, told me to get a professional fitting. He adjusted many things on the bike and, more importantly, corrected things in my position. In the end, my headaches were cured. I was able to go back a number of times for tweaks to the fitting at no charge.
Since then, I've worked on my fitting with Donny at Bothel Ski & Bike (simply because Montlake is really far away from me and Bothel is a few minutes away). Haven't had a full fitting with Donny, but my wife has and I was present for the whole thing. He took great care in measuring everything and has been really good to work with, but again, no video analysis.
For a recreational rider, I'm not sure what benefit you would really get from video analysis. I'm thinking that would be more beneficial for someone doing Time Trials in real races or Ironman competitions where 3 seconds over a 40k TT actually matter. But even for us "serious recreational" riders, that won't matter. I'm 5'8" at 142lbs and I know I could still afford to loose another 5-10lbs (have already lost 30). I just don't think fractions of a second every 10k matter so much at my level.
