I have a hard time respecting fat people - even family members
I struggle with weight (Not the I'm-too-fat-for-this-sport weight) daily. It consumes me. I was born to be fat (But am not)
I don't have a fear button and it scares me sometimes
I think Motebecane is awesome and despise the bike snobs that are terds about it

I feel a smug sense of noblesse oblige when I pass another rider on the MUP.
I feel an extreme sense of class envy and hatred when another rider passes me on the MUP.

My sensei doesn't allow any shoes. If you are a Black Belt, you should know that...

What the body does not need- it looses. You spend months getting into shape, get hit by a car, end up in rehab after multiple surgeries with 30 % of your prior muscle and think wtf. However through all that stress and trauma the body is seamlessly using and doing what it needs for it to survive. A marvel of efficiency.

Its the middle of May. I've raced almost every weekend since January 1st. The biggest race of the year is this weekend and I think I'm burned out.

Generally, what you are getting with more expensive helmets is better airflow (and maybe less weight). There is nothing (that I have seen) that indicates that more expensive means more protection.
