Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Finally finished up the bike yesterday. Just waiting on the new brakes to arrive (been on backorder). Showed 16.3lbs on the scale. Super happy w/ everything and its riding so smooth!

Congrats on the bike. I would redo the wire for the speed sensor and use zip ties to keep it in a straight line and taut, you don't want that thing loose flapping around.

Nice bike. Have you checked position yet? Just wondering because of the negative drop.

Thanks! Yes, that wire needs to be tightened up. I have to mount the actual speedo still. Right now its just held on loosely by one zip tie.

Very nice. Re the speedo; I'd secure the wire with thin strips of white electrical tape, running the wire along the inside of the back edge of the fork.
