I assure you, it's a "woosh woosh". You're just not hearing it correctly.

I'm so slow, a set of deep rims would go hsoohw hsoohw when I ride.

I recently bought about 100 clothes pins from a drug store (they're perfect for holding music to the stand in a breeze), and a deck of playing cards is like $1.99

OP any rim with considerable depth (~30+mm) will make a hollow "whoosh" sound starting below 20mph. carbon fiber or aluminum.

This reminds me of the dudes with turbocharged cars who like 'flutter' - that sound of compressor surge is a turbo in pain. I tell em to stick a duck call on their blow-off valve if they want silly noises.

How many watts will that exhaust pipe add if I tune it?

I'm riding to fast to hear anything other than the sound of wind whizzing by my head.

I will compose a haiku to bolster this point:

    Machine and rider
    Flow effortlessly forward
    Pure synergism
"Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize"
"So I do not run like someone who doesn't run toward the finish line. I do not fight like a boxer who hits nothing but air."
"And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us."
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."

OP, I don't think it matters what wheels you have...you'll never hear the whooshing over your whining.

Not true. I had some American Classic 420 Aero 3's (34 mm deep). Didn't make the whoosh whoosh sound over 20 mph. Had to sell them because of that.

Exactly. Saves me the trouble of making the sounds myself.

How's that any different than going out and buying an R5 as your very first bike or spending an extra $40 and getting the ARX team because it weighs 5 grams less than the Pro? I have money and I want my damn whoosh sound.

Screw the "whoosh whoosh" sound...I like the sound of a 50+ person peleton cruising down the road when the front has the hammer down...Now that is nice and it ain't that expensive, just takes some training and race fees

You can get pretty much the same effect if you lower your tire pressure to about 25 psi.
