Anyway to get more sound out of my pt freewheel body?
The hub is pretty much silent, I would like to get some more sound out of it. I am not sure if the freehub prawl system is silent because there is heavy grease in it or if it is just the new PT design. By the way it is an elite+.

You want more sound out of it?
Why?
Kids seem to enjoy the trick of using a playing card and a clothes pin to get their bicycles to make sound.

My Pro+ has always been pretty loud. I use it in place of the pink horn with streamers my girlfriend got me. If I was racing I would want it to be quieter, but since that isn't happening anytime soon...

The older ones like I have are pretty loud. I rebuilt mine with more grease in an attempt to quiet it down.
You could remove the freehub and take out most of the grease. That would make it louder.

I know that the pt hub pulls right off right? I just wanted to make sure if the silence of the hub is silent because of the design or the lube used.

Vanity really does sink to a new level here on BF. Not only does the bike have to look shiny and unridden, but it has to sound just right when you stop pedaling. Decide what you want: great working parts, or great sounding parts.

Then sell your PT and get a CK hub. Those things sound like an angry swarm of hornets.

OK Goldilocks. White Industries seems to be right in the middle. It's just obvious that your PT hub is too quiet for your taste. Now decide before the bears get home!
