Shoes feel tighter after 30 or 40 miles.
My bicycling shoes feel comfortable when I put them on, but after 30 or 40 miles, my shoes feel like they are cramping my feet and feel tight. I have rather inexpensive Adidas bicycling shoes that cost me about $115. Are my feet swelling while I ride?

Yes, your feet are swelling while riding. That's normal.

Couple of obvious observations to me...your feet swell while riding, loosen them after awhile. It is why I like my sepcialized boa enclosure system. So easy to just pop the knob and loosen them and pop it back shut. Or, just a slight twist to tighten them.

Yep, feet are swelling, I have the same issue. Had to buy bigger than normal shoe to deal with it since I could not find any bike shoes that were available in wide sizes locally.
