Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anyone using a Thule Big Mouth roof rack?

I have always carried my bike in the back of my station wagon but my wagon is the end of it's life. I am looking for a cheap car to use as a sales vehicle. The best deals I am finding are on sedans so a roof rack is the best option for carrying my bike. Yakima advised against a fork mounted rack because my bike doesn't have lawyer tabs. They are probably just covering their butt since it they could be liable if they advised me to use a fork mounted rack. However, a Thule Big Mouth might be a safer option for me anyway.

I remember reading something about PCAD having a bad experience with his roof racks and he was going to buy a Thule Big Mouth; PCAD, did you buy one? If so, how is it working out for you?
