Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What's the longest you've waited on a package from ribble?

I am just wondering because the last time I ordered it took 5 days from date of order to reach my house and this current order has taken over a week and it still has not arrived.

How quickly we forget the customs issues of just a few months ago. Many orders took 4-6 weeks.

Was US customs holding the items too long or was it on their end?

i ordered something from cambria bicycle outfitters at the end of jan. 2011...

just got on wednesday july 6.

they are a fine outfit and the delay was not their responsibility. the manufacturer of the product was still in the midst of ramping up production of the item i wanted. such is life....

the good news is that i still could use it. (not always the case with long delays)

edit: sorry, forgot this was about ribble.

4+ months. Combination of a volcano, popstage backlog, customs delays in Canada.
