Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Just curious why you didn't run the Di2 cable with the rear brake cable like Felt shows in their white paper? It's supposed to be less aero to run the cable like pictured on your bike.

I didn't do the build but I'm guessing its because it is first gen Di2 which has a different (as I understand it) cabling arrangement from current Di2

The 10sp di2 shouldn't really make a difference. You're just routing the cable a different way. According to Felt electronic vs. mechanical saves 7w@25mph due to cables/routing. I would route it like this:

Thanks. Those are Specialized Rib Cages. I've since moved onto a Tarmac, but here's what the Felt looked like when I let it go, except I had the bars properly tilted.

It was a little heavy and had 105. I wanted something lighter and stiffer because I decided I'd like to climb more hills so now I have a Tarmac pro with Red and 202s.

2015 Felt Z5 - 105 and pretty much stock. Stem has since been changed to VA 90mm vs the 110 that is shown and saddle to a Specialized Phenom. Bar tape changed to black camo Lizard Skins DSP.

2011 Felt TK2 - FSA carbon crank 49:15, few other goodies. Stem, saddle and post have been changed

I need to get some updated pictures of my bikes.
