Prologo Saddles

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Prologo Saddles

Just curious - I saw a lot of them on bikes in this years Tour. Anyone have any experiences with one?

My CAAD10 came with a Scratch Pro (white) and I have about 800 miles on it. No complaints so far, but I don't have much to compare it against.

My caad9-4 has prologo kappa pas - no problems here (maybe the butt hurts after a long ride) but isnt that with all saddles?

I got a prologo nago evo for $15, take off, just to try out against my fizik pave and fizik arione. I prefer the prologo. Felt weird at first but the shape is great.

I have a Scratch Pro TS in the 143mm width that I haven't used yet. I'm planning on putting it on a Look 555 that I'm still building up. The saddle looks really comfy. It has very similar dimensions to the Fizik Antares saddle that I currently use on my 595. The Antares saddle is awesome, so I have a feeling I'll like the Prologo saddle just as much. I wish I had more helpful feedback for you...sorry. In the end saddles are a very personal thing. If you're considering a Prologo saddle, just give it a shot and see how you like it. Worst case, you can sell it as like-new on eBay or something. Also, some bike shops do saddle demo programs. Might want to look into something like that.
